ASTON MARTIN DB4 GT - SOLD

Our award winning cars restored by ourselves return to us like family, and occasionally ask us to sell a car by private treaty.

This multiple winning concourse Aston Martin DB4 GT underwent a bespoke restoration to complete a full body off chassis restoration-deploying all the original body and interior where practical. Chassis no 0123/R and engine no 0123/GT. British Racing Green with Black hide interior.

6888 AZ is known in the Aston world as the lost GT, first delivered in November 1960 into Northern Ireland - the terror that the car invoked on the still horse-drawn lanes saw it move to a new owner in Devon in March 1961.

The owner kept it for 45 years, driving it regularly along Devon's lanes eventually finding its way to its current owner in 2006. Astonishingly it was complete and original at the time of the purchase.

The car was built one ahead of Sterling Moss`s DB4 GT, must be one of the most exceptional and yet original DB4 GT`S in existence. Full comprehensive history file, with a total current mileage of just 67,000 miles.
